Ⅰ. Performance and use
DTPMPA is non-toxic, easily soluble in acidic solution, with good scale and corrosion inhibition effect and good temperature resistance, which can inhibit the formation of carbonate and sulfate scale, and has better scale and corrosion inhibition performance than other organic phosphons in alkaline environment and at high temperature (above 210℃). DTPMPA is used as scale and corrosion inhibitor for circulating cooling water and boiler water in water treatment, especially for scale and corrosion inhibitor without pH adjustment in alkaline circulating cooling water, and can be used as scale and corrosion inhibitor for oilfield water injection, cooling water and boiler water containing high barium carbonate. In the compound agent alone use this product, do not need to add dispersant, the amount of dirt deposition is still very small.
DTPMPA can also be used as a peroxide stabilizer (especially for hydrogen peroxide stabilization at high temperature), a chelating agent for textile printing and dyeing, a dispersing agent for pigments, an oxygen deslignin stabilizer, a carrier of trace elements in fertilizers, and a concrete additive. In addition, it is widely used in papermaking, electroplating, metal pickling and cosmetics. It can also be used as a stabilizer of oxidizing fungicide.

Ⅲ. Method of use
DTPMPA is generally used as scale inhibitor with a concentration of 1 ~ 30mg/L, and as cleaning agent with a concentration of 1000 ~ 2000mg/L. Usually used in conjunction with polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitor dispersants. When used in other industries, the dosage should be determined according to the test.
Ⅳ. Packaging and storage
DTPMPA is packaged in plastic drums of 30kg each or as required by the user. Stored indoors in a cool place for 12 months.
Ⅴ. Safety protection
DTPMPA is acidic, pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., after contact, rinse with plenty of water.
