Ⅰ. Performance and use
The copolymer TH-615 is a new kind of polyelectrolyte scale inhibitor containing sulfonic acid group, amide group and other functional groups. Due to the copolymer molecular chain containing acid, weak acid and nonionic groups at the same time, it is suitable for high temperature, high pH, high hard with high alkali conditions, such as for water of iron oxide, calcium phosphate, zinc phosphate and calcium carbonate deposition, has good inhibition and dispersion properties, can replace the conventional carboxylic acid, sulfonic acid - using non-ionic copolymer. The copolymer TH-615 has a high tolerance of calcium and good compatibility with polyphosphate, zinc salt, organic phosphonate and other common water treatment agents.
The copolymer th-615 is suitable for industrial circulating cooling water treatment, oil field water injection treatment, boiler water treatment and dust collecting water treatment in petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy and electric power industries.

Ⅲ. Method of use
The normal dosage of copolymer th-615 scale inhibitor dispersant is 10 ~ 40 mg/L, the specific dosage depends on different water quality conditions, can be used with zinc salt and organic phosphonic acid (salt). When used as dispersed iron oxide, the dosage is generally 80 ~ 100 mg/L, and the dosage for specific applications should be determined according to the actual test.
Ⅳ. Packaging and storage
The copolymer th-615 is packed in plastic drums of 25kg, 200kg or 1000kg each (can be determined as needed). Stored indoors in a cool place for 10 months.
Ⅴ. Safety and protection
The copolymer th-615 is weak acid, pay attention to labor protection when operating, should avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., immediately after contact with a lot of water rinse.
